We received a notice from the State Department National Visa Center, stating our petition has been sent to the Consulate in Guangzhou. This is where our adoption interview will be and also the place they issue Selah's visa. It's dated October 17, 2009, so we could actually be closer than we think!!!! The distance of the red thread between us and Selah is getting shorter!
