Date Set For Fingerprints, We Are Moving Along!!!

On November 22, 2008 we received notice from USCIS that they have received our application and are processing it. On November 27, 2008 we received our fingerprinting date, (3 weeks and 5 days from when I mailed it to Chicago). On December 10, 2008 at 10am Scott, Stephanie and I will have our fingerprints taken. WOO HOO!!! Another step in the long process! I was hoping to have our dossier completed by the new year. I have no idea how long it will take after our fingerprints are done, but I can always pray for a quick arrival of the I171H form. It's in God's hands and I have faith that He will work it all out in His time,

Rainy Day?....No Worries!

This is how we spend our rainy days!!! Nothing like puddle jumping. We have a book called PUDDLES. It has a line in it that says: Puddles...pieces of sky on the ground. So me and Ellie went out to jump in our special pieces of sky on the ground. What a great way to celebrate a rainy day!

Me And My 20 Year Old Baby

This was a very interesting day! My little boy is now 20 years old!!!! Where has the time gone? I hate that he isn't home anymore on his birthday. I always tried to make birthdays special from the time the kids got up to the time they went to bed. Now that he is on his own, he acts like it's just another day! We went to Olive Garden and had a wonderful meal. He was a little distracted because he had a test in school that he needed to be studying for. We didn't get to visit with him in a relaxed state of mind. Hopefully in spite of all that was on his mind, he had a very happy birthday!

Choir Concert

Jason and Stephanie did a great job at the concert. I was so proud of both of them. Stephanie had a small solo part, she did so good! I know you two read my blog and I want you both to know you need to keep on singing, you have been blessed with beautiful voices: Psalm 66: Make a joyful noise to God, all the earth; sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise. . . Great job kids!

The Rock Star Of The Family

Jonathan entertained the trick or treaters and their parents on Halloween. He had numerous requests to play Metallica, and it was convenient for him because he had learned his first Metallica song (a song called One) just the day before.

The Pirate, The Princess And ....The Punk?

Lame title I know! Being that the first 2 were already there for me I had to go with it! Stephanie had a choir fundraiser for Halloween. I am so proud of her. I wish every little kid I know had a chance to go. The high school kids were so kind to the little ones and made sure everybody got a prize. Steph you are going to be something big. Your dreams and ambitions are so amazing. It goes to show just how much goodness you have in you. If you keep following those dreams I know God will bless you. You amaze me bunny!!! Show the world who you are!!!!
